We are a team of experienced specialists; most of us have been working for more than two decades in the field of designing solutions for informatization of processes in production enterprises. We have experience with a wide range of solutions for monitoring, documenting and optimizing of processes.
In the past we worked together on various projects, we designed and implemented various solutions in various project teams in the most regulated industries, like pharmacy.
The basis for the re-union and upgrade of the team is a comprehensive and complex project, which we successfully completed a decade ago. Business Predictor
It enables the development of business processes based on our model Actiom, which fully involves all stakeholders: materials (specification), people, equipment, premises and their roles/abilities. The model also defines the time complexity and financial value of individual resources within the process. The processes are fully described in conjunction with all accompanying (prior, subsequent) activities.
This description therefore enables the simulation of processes in a virtual environment before the execution order to determine the feasibility and a very precise time and financial assessment of the processes.
Single operations can also be connected to the Actiom with the corresponding types of documents in the ERP system; this allows automatic creation of all relevant documents that accompany the processes.
It carries out automatic planning and optimization of production processes. The goal of the optimization can be maximal profit, fulfillment of the largest proportion of orders, minimal resource utilization, minimal environmental impacts (or even weighted multiplier combinations). Optimization is carried out in real time, and it also enables real-time adjustment (re-planning) during production (priority orders).
The optimization algorithm based on the developed processes selects the most suitable resources, integrates and reserves them, defines the time for the implementation of individual operations, includes all necessary preliminary and subsequent operations (preparation, cleaning, ...), calculates the production cost at the level of each batch and prepares a schedule of activities for each resource (people, machines / equipment, premises, materials). Thus, it is possible to "look into the future" concerning the state in production.
The optimizer can also provide optimal and timely delivery of all resources: materials (orders to suppliers), people (inclusion of additional staff) and other resources (just-in-time production).
It carries out a forecast (prediction) of future customer orders and quality dependencies of each product series with respect to all possible stakeholders (type of input materials, equipment used, staff, etc.).
On the basis of the forecast, the predictor provides much more reliable and long-term planning of production and required resources: materials, people and other. The prediction is performed by artificial intelligence on the basis of determining patterns of prior client orders in connection to internal and external factors that can affect ordering (weather, holidays, days of the week, season, price movements of certain raw materials, mutual agreements, etc.).
The reliability of the forecast increases with time and, after a certain period of time, it is very close to the real customer orders: 85-95%. This also enables a "look into the future" as far as the status of customer orders is concerned. The use of the prediction is a very effective tool for production planning and supply of the suppliers, as they are informed in advance about the anticipated needs with the same high reliability.

The system integrator takes care of the connection between the company information system (IS) and the BiRD\Vision platform.
The communication is two-way: the integrator in the IS monitors and retrieves data about stakeholders, customer orders, orders to suppliers, inventories and into IS transfers data into work orders, orders to suppliers, reservations and other documents accompanying the process.
This way BiRD\Vision ensures that the majority of the documentation work is done in the ERP system automatically.
Smart Integrator connects a contextual level that defines processes (what is produced) with a production level that defines the implementation method (how it is done). Integrator provides a two-way communication between smart (I4.0) devices in production and individual processes.
Thus, the devices have the option of automatically registering and organizing the implementation according to the tendered processes and sending the data (related to the execution of processes) indirectly back to the information system (ERP). This communication also provides real time accurate monitoring of production as well as immediate possible modification or adaptation of production to new requirements.
It provides visualization, analytics, prediction and thus complete control and assistance in the development, planning, implementation and analysis of processes.
The interactive concept of smart panels shows in a very compact way the most important interdependencies and reveals the key causes for the selected target parameters. The Business Assistant is actually a live assistant to the management and technical managers.

The CPO Establisher can upgrade any device, part of the equipment, material, location or even the human being to the Cyber Phisycal Object (CPO). As a CPO each stakeholder of the process becomes autonomous, proactive and horizontally interconnected. Thus CPOs recognize each other during the process: the machine recognizes the material or another machine and the person, the material and the equipment can communicate, etc. Such communication enables complete control over the execution of the process, exchange of possible warnings and prevents errors.
Each CPO has information about the implementation of the activity according to the assigned roles (abilities). Since it is also vertically connected (with other systems), so CPO can on this basis apply themselves to tendered processes.
The CPO as an autonomous process participant ¨also knows¨ about the data that relates to availability, capacity, consumption, and others. On this basis the optimal implementation of processes can be planned very carefully. CPOs are collecting data (process parameters) for their activities throughout the operation, thus ensuring complete traceability and further processing of these data in the context of business and artificial intelligence.
Allows Cyber Phisycal Objects (CPOs) to merge into higher instances - Cyber Phisycal System (CPS). Such a process for example combines certain people, machines and locations into a workstation, several stations into a plant, establishments in business units, ... This establishes a hierarchy of systems that communicate with one another horizontally (on the same level) and vertically (down or up by hierarchy).
Horizontally workstations, plants and business units are interconnected. This way larger systems communicate and organize themselves similar like CPOs on micro level.
Since CPSs also communicate vertically they can for example inside/down (within the plant or entire business unit) check the feasibility of the order. Similarly they can receive orders from above/outside and they report back about the feasibility and the activities performed.
Such an organization allows the development, planning and review of implementation at different levels: at the micro level of elementary CPOs, at the level of work stations, at the level of departments, businesses or entire business units.
As Cyber Objects, they can connect to a certain (higher) CPSs level in the cloud, which allows the partners to communicate with them. Thus the connection across the entire value chain is secured.
Predictor summarizes process data on performed activities and with the help of artificial intelligence links them with targeted events. Target events may be negative (failures, poor performance, product mismatch ...) or positive (high productivity, excellent product quality ...).
Based on discovered links between implementation data and targeted events, the unwanted events can be prevented even before they occur and positive events can be multiplied.
For example, with a high probability we predict a failure and prevent it, avoid manufacturing errors and choose combinations of inputs that deliver the best results.
The identified patterns also significantly contribute to discover the reasons for the possible deterioration in the quality of products / services.
CPS Performer
Later, at the execution it provides full traceability (materials, process duration, conditions at implementation, process parameters of machines ...) and automatic optimization and (re) planning based on received orders.
Full traceability in terms of materials, used machines, included personnel and based on artificial and business intelligence enables a high-quality analysis of the dependence of the quality of each product series with regard to all influential factors.
CPO‘s are socialized production units which communicate vertically as well as horizontally.
The devices are alive and establish a completely integrated manufacturing level, since they recognize one another and communicate.
CPO's are core of the Platform and enable BiRD\Vision to upgrade any object (people, places, materials, machines, products etc.) with at least basic sensoric or identification capability into a full Smart Object, which can ‘see’ and be integrated into business processes and carry out individual activities according to defined abilities and availability.
